Returns Terms & Conditions
To obtain approval for the return or exchange of goods, the following company regulations must be respected.
Approval from our company is required before shipping back one or more purchased items. The motivation of the decision on the return of the products is required and in case of defects the images showing the damage.
Returns will not be accepted after 20 days from the date of arrival at your store or warehouse.
Return procedure accepted
Products must be in perfect condition, unused, and delivered with their original package and labels. If any of these conditions are not met we will not be able to refund or exchange the products.
The purchase amount will be refunded, not the shipping costs (or any taxes).
The transport for the return of the goods is charged to the customer who is responsible for damage or loss.
Goods exchange procedure
In case of replacement due to rethinking of the selected models, the exchange costs (items chosen again that replace those already in possession) will be charged to the customer.
The return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer.
In case of defective items, the transport costs for the exchange and return will be borne by us.
